Return & Refund Policy

At Simple Botanica, we take pride in the purity and quality of our products. Since our items are handcrafted, natural, and intended for personal use, we follow a strict no-return policy unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement:

We offer returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product was missing from your package

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
  • Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Email us at simplebotanica@gmail.com with your order ID, details of the issue, and proof.
  2. Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval status.
  3. If approved, we will either:
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Orders placed by mistake or change of mind
  • Custom combos or bundles
