SHIPPING POLICY

At Simple Botanica, we’re committed to ensuring that your natural skincare experience begins the moment you place an order. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order across India.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order confirmation. This includes time for packing, quality checks, and preparing your shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer. If so, we’ll keep you informed via email or WhatsApp.

 

2. Shipping Charges and Free Delivery

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 across India.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will apply, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by factors such as weather, transport disruptions, or courier delays. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and link to track your shipment in real-time.

You can also contact us if you'd like an update on your order’s location or status.

 

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order seems delayed beyond the expected timeframe:

  • Please check your tracking link for real-time updates.
  • If it shows no progress for more than 72 hours, reach out to us at simplebotanica@gmail.com.

In case the courier company confirms that the package is lost or undelivered, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement, as per your preference.

 

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery:

  • Our team will reach out to arrange a redelivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases for the second attempt.

Please double-check your address and phone number before confirming your order.

 

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packing your products safely. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong product
  • A package with missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
